Customer Clever’s success relies heavily on our direct relationships with end users, key influencers, key reseller partners and key manufacturing partners. We work tirelessly to maintain these relationships in order to continuously deliver forward-thinking solutions to help our clients recognise their own customers.
The Customer Clever Partnership Program enables our approved partners to sell the unique suite of Customer Clever solutions and products directly to their customers. The Program provides a stepped discount and commission structure in return for sales, support, delivery and installation commitments.
There are 2 types of partnership agreement within the program.
Partner Reseller Agreement
For the Partner Reseller Agreement, the reseller is expected to be experienced and engaged in the business of reselling complex software products to end users, and to have technically competent staff including sales and marketing personnel to promote and encourage the sales of such products. They will undertake support for software and hardware when selling the Customer Clever suite of products.
Partner Referral Agreement
Where a partner would prefer to simply provide high quality, qualified leads for the Customer Clever team to then manage the sale and subsequent delivery, the Partner Referral Agreement provides the partner with a commission structure. In this case Customer Clever would expect that a referral is at a point where the customer understands the solution and is in a position to make a decision.
